1. Best Operator Deployment

The Best Operator Deployment Awards contain two sub-categories: 1a Best Next Gen Wi-Fi Operator Deployment Award and 1b Best Converged Operator Deployment Award.

This category is for available services that have been launched and are available in at least one market by the awards entry deadline.

  • 1a. Best Next Gen Wi-Fi Operator Deployment

        This award aims to recognize the advances that have been made in improving Wi-Fi network deployments.

    This award looks at all aspects including but not limited to innovation in user experience, improving speed, innovation in business model, etc.

    This category is open for Network Operators or Network Operators together with their Technology partners.

    The judges will be looking at how entries meet the key criteria, as follows:

        • Innovations in the technical or business model
        • Enhancement of the user experience
        • Improvement of quality of service to users

    This category is for services that have been launched and are available in at least one market by the time of awards entry deadline.



     

  • 1b. Best Converged Operator Deployment

    This award aims to recognize operators having remarkable deployments concerning coexistence and convergence of licensed & unlicensed networks.

    This award looks at all aspects including but not limited to innovation in user experience, improving speed, coexistence and/or convergence of licensed and unlicensed wireless, innovation in business model, etc.

    This category is open for Network Operators or Network Operators together with their Technology partners.

    The judges will be looking at how entries meet the key criteria, as follows:

        • Technical Innovation
        • Business model innovation
        • Value proposition for end users

    This category is for services that have been launched and are available in at least one market by the time of awards entry deadline.
